I have been a Licensed Home & Commercial Building Inspector in the state of Oregon and a member in good standing with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNachi) for the last 10 plus years.
I had 18 years experience in the trades and construction industry prior to becoming a Licensed Home Inspector in Oregon. With ongoing required continuous education training in the Construction & Home Inspection industry to keep up with ever changing times, laws and safety regulations. I have trained and obtained many different Licensed & certifications over the years including in electrical, plumbing and other construction trades and I’m universally licensed in refrigeration. Along with my 18 years of practical experience in the construction trades & 10 Years of experience as a Licensed Home Inspector, you’ll be in good hands. I believe in protecting my client’s interest and safety and providing excellent customer service, while building your confidence So You Can Make The Right Decision.
I am a member in good standing with INTERNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. INTERNACHI is the worlds largest and most elite non profit inspection association, with strict guidelines and training requirements for their members and require continuing education courses. I am fully insured for general liability and errors and omissions insurance.
